This presentation will focus on the roles of leaders within the community association model – Board Members, Homeowners, Community Managers, and Business Partners.  How does each group impact each of the other groups, and how as the Community Manager, can we assist and guide this team to work hand in glove for the betterment of the association as a whole? Attendees will learn skills to help build upon their own leadership skills in addition to discovering ways to lift up and grow the leaders around them!

Jessica Towles has been in the community association management industry since 2000 with experience maintaining all aspects of community associations and management company administration, including facilities management, financial management and customer retention. In addition to her role with FirstService Residential, Ms. Towles currently serves on the Community Associations Institute (CAI) Board of Trustees and is the 2020 Chair of the Community Association Manager Council.
