Call for Presentations – CAI-MI 2026 Annual Conference

 

The CAI-Michigan Education and Conference Committee is pleased to invite proposals for educational sessions at the 2026 Annual Conference & Expo, scheduled for March 13, 2026 at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi, MI.

 

This annual signature event brings together community managers, board members, and industry professionals for an engaging exchange of ideas, practical strategies, and forward-looking solutions that support strong and successful communities.

 

What We’re Looking For

 

We are seeking informative and engaging sessions that provide value to attendees. Attendees include community association board members, managers, and business partners. Suggested topics include:

 

  • Best practices in community management and leadership

  • Legal and regulatory updates affecting community associations

  • Technology and digital tools that support effective management

  • Strategies for enhancing communication and engagement within communities

  • Risk management, safety, and emergency preparedness

  • Financial management, budgeting, and reserve planning

  • Sustainability and green initiatives in community living

  • Trends and future developments in community associations

 

Submission Details

  • Format: 45–60 minutes (including Q&A)

  • What to Submit: Session title, description, and proposed presenters

  • Deadline: October 31, 2025
