Each year, our Chapter Awards shine a spotlight on those who exemplify these values through outstanding service and dedication.
What’s new this year?
We’re excited to introduce a brand-new category: Management Company of the Year, honoring firms that provide extraordinary service and support to communities across Michigan. The Community Association of the Year award has also been refreshed to celebrate excellence in governance, financial stewardship, resident engagement, and community impact.
