Jason also contributes through service on both the Conference Committee and the Social Committee, where he is known for promoting collaboration and professionalism.
2025 Manager of the Year: Colleen Buha

Colleen Buha of Associa Kramer-Triad received the most nominations of any candidate for the 2025 Manager of the Year award. Nominators highlighted her strong leadership development, resolution, and problem-solving skills, and noted that she has been the subject of numerous unsolicited emails from clients praising her work, which is a reflection of the consistently high standard she brings to the property management profession.

With support from Metro Group Management and property manager Anna Rabinowitz, the Association was recognized for clear policies, strengthened communication, and a well-connected resident community.
2025 Board Member of the Year: Deborah George
President, Board of Directors — Maple Place Villas Condominium Association
Deborah George of Maple Place Villas in West Bloomfield Township was honored as the 2025 Board Member of the Year. Nominators described her as a dedicated volunteer who oversees a million-dollar budget with hands-on commitment, guiding her association through major capital projects, unexpected challenges, and long-term planning. Under her leadership, the association implemented a maintenance and repair program and completed a gate system overhaul projected to reduce the association’s annual costs by tens of thousands of dollars. Colleagues praised her transparency, fairness, and ability to bring out the best in those around her; qualities that have helped build a stronger, more connected community and reflect her active involvement in our Chapter.
