M-320 - High Rise Maintenance and Management - Live Virtual Class

  • Friday, April 12, 2024: 12PM-3PM ET
Learn how to address the unique challenges of multi-story communities. This course provides an in-depth understanding of the unique management needs of a high-rise building. You’ll experience hands-on learning through on-site building visits and walkthroughs of a central plant, roof and recreational facilities. See major systems in operation and discuss maintenance operations and procedures with building staff.
