The Community Associations Institute (CAI) was established to promote professionalism, effective leadership, and responsible citizenship; values that remain essential to thriving, well-managed communities. CAI-Michigan proudly carries this mission forward by helping associations strengthen community bonds and foster leadership at every level. In keeping with this commitment, the CAI-Michigan Awards Committee is pleased to announce that nominations for the 2026 Chapter Awards are now OPEN!
These awards celebrate the people and organizations who embody these values and lead the way in building stronger, better-managed communities. Their achievements inspire others and set a lasting standard of excellence for our industry.
